Diagnosis
All participating settlement units must have the same settlementvariant by &V1&. Settlement unit &V2&, for example, has a differentsettlement variant than settlement unit &V3&.

Procedure
Either assign the same settlement variant to all participatingsettlement units or delete the affected settlement unit from the listof participating settlement units.
Check to make sure all participating settlement units are assigned thesame settlement variant by &V1&.
