Diagnosis
The selected document cannot be printed because the invoice amount iseither lower than the defined minimum amount or results in a creditmemo.

Procedure
Select a document that can be printed.
You can identify documents that cannot be printed by theirbackground color in the list:

• Yellow - The invoice amount indicates a receivable. However, the
amount is lower than the defined trivial amount limit.

• Red - The invoice amount indicates a credit memo.
