The output device &V1& intended for the printout is not available.

Procedure
You define the output device in the following ways:
Entry in the Print options dialog for each printout
Entry in Customizing for correspondence for each letter of thecorrespondence activity used.
Entry in Maintain User Profile.
Check the above-named settings.
