SAP Message 6B097 - Differentiating characteristics: Function module '&' does not exist

Diagnosis
Function module 'V1&', used to determine the differentiatingcharacteristics in IS-RE correspondence is assigned assigned tocorrespondence application '&V2&' and country '&V3&' in a system table.
However, this function module does not exist.

Check whether function module '&V1&' is mentioned in one of thefollowing documentations:

  • If yes, function module '&V1&' was not imported to your system. This
    • must be done; contact SAP about this.
    • If function module '&V1&' is not named in these documentations, then
      • the error might be caused by a modification later made to the system.
      In this case, you can avoid this error by assigning correspondenceapplication '&V2&' amd country '&V3&' their own function module inCustomizing. Use the above-mentioned documentation for this.
