The optically archived IS-RE correspondence is to be linked to the newbusiness objects. For this purpose, the existing links to the opticallyarchived documents are to be replaced by new links to these businessobjects.

• Object type of the busines object VIMI04


• Object identification &V2&


• Archive identification &V3&


• Document identification &V4&

This entry cannot be converted. Possible causes:

• The object identification &V2& cannot be converted back to its original
components (company code, business entity, rental unit, and possiblythe rental agreement).

• No substitute combination of a business object and a document type has
been defined for the object type VIMI04 and the document type of thisentry to which the entry is to be converted.

System Response
This entry will not be converted. It will remain unchanged in thedatabase.

Procedure
You must link this archived document with the document identifiationV4 to a new business object and then delete the old entry.
