Diagnosis
The due date you selected for the items does not lie within thesmallest and greatest date.
For instance, you may have selected:
from 01/01/1997 to 12/31/1997 with the selection option "Exclude fromselection".
This selects all items due before 01/01/1997 or after 12/31/1997.

Entry ignored.

Procedure
Select "Inclusive", for instance:
from 01/01/1997 to 12/31/1997.
This selects all items that are due from 01/01/1997 to 12/31/1997.
