Diagnosis The cash flow for the loan contains flows that have been changedmanually. These flows are fixed, which means that they cannot bechanged when the cash flow is recalculated. Since you have chosen afunction which affects the cash flow calculation, you should check theaffected flows and adjust them where necessary. Example: You have made manual changes to the amounts for scheduled interestpayments, and then enter an unscheduled repayment before thecalculation date of the interest flows. Since the scheduled interestpayments are fixed as a result of the manual change, they are notchanged when the cash flow is recalculated, even though the unscheduledrepayment has changed the underlying interest calculation capital. Procedure Check the cash flow, paying particular attention to planned flows thathave been changed manually. Adjust these flows where necessary. |
