The system determines and updates processing characteristics for everyloan with contract status. There must always be processingcharacteristics for a contract.
Procedure
If the loan has contract status, contact your system administrator.
Procedure for System Administration
Set the processing characteristics for the loan to initial value usingthe report Display and Maintenance of ProcessingCharacteristics when processing UpdateLoans Without Characteristics. After the initialization this caseshould no longer arise for this loan.
