Procedure
Define a surcharge percentage rate for the corresponding flow type,paying attention to the effective date and the country for which thesurcharge is applicable.
You make these settings in Customizing for Loans by choosing:
Functions --> Accounting --> Basic Settings -->Define Tax Rates.
