Diagnosis
The collateral value to be included is based on historical
buildings and parts of building structures therefore it is possible
that the whole reference cannot be included.
This occurs, for example, if a part of a building no longer exists in
the actual collateral value but which still exists in the collateral
value to be integrated and which has been valued.
