Diagnosis
The delete and change functions can only be used for the last or latestoutpayment. This restriction is necessary since the condition andamount-dependent incidental expenses of the next outpayment wouldperhaps otherwise be incorrect.

Procedure
Select another outpayment or choose "Display" or "Post".
