Diagnosis
Direct consumption is set in Customizing for apportionment unit &v1&.
In order to create a link to the measuring points (counters), it isnecessary to assign this apportionment unit acharacteristic.

System Response
The system cannot process direct consumptions which aren't assigned acharacteristic.
