The system cannot carry out a settlement dependent on participationperiod without a regional location key.

Procedure
To carry out the settlement for the selected settlement factor withheating days, activate the regional location key maintenance fortenancy law-dependent parameters and maintain regional location keys inthe settlement unit maintenance.
