Diagnosis
The period of a rental agreement for a specific rental unit cannotoverlap with another rental agreement for the same rental unit at anytime during the full duration of the agreement.
In this case the rental period of the current agreement overlaps withthe rental period of agreement &v1&. This agreement is valid from &v2&to &v3& (actual rental end / Rental end, if renewal option is used).The tenant has until &v4& to notify his intention to renew his rentalagreement.

Procedure
Select a different period for the rental agreement and check whether ornot the tenant with agreement &v1& wants to renew his agreement. Changeagreement &v1& accordingly.
