Diagnosis
An initial index level must exist for start of indexing. This data isused as the calculation basis for determining the new rent when a rentadjustment for index-linked rental agreements is carried out. However,no initial index level could be found for the start of indexing youentered.

Procedure
Enter an initial index level for the start of indexing (MaintenanceIndex-linked rent adjustment). If this index level is not known for thestart date, you can delete the 'index start' field and enter an initialindex level yourself.
