When you entered the data for the rent adjustment, you did not enter abasic rent increase for the rental unit.
You entered the basic rent increase under other conditions, for examplefor "rent increase according to the representative list of rents"instead of for "rent increase according to comparative rent" or viceversa.

Maintain the basic rent data necessary for rent adjustment.
