System Response
The system only allows changes to the usage type for rental units thathave an active rental agreement if the internal usage type remainsunchanged.
For rental units that have a rental agreement that is not yet active,the usage category at least (commercial/non-commercial) has to remainunchanged.

Procedure
Enter a usage type that belongs to internal usage type/category &V1& orre-enter the previously valid usage type &V2&.
