Diagnosis
Area types are assigned to apportionment unit &v1&. For this reason theapportionment unit is maintained in the area screen and then it isautomatically copied as an apportionment unit.

Procedure
If you want to define apportionment unit &v1& for the RU, go to thearea screen and maintain the area types assigned to the apportionmentunit there.
