Diagnosis
You have chosen a function that causes you to leave owner settlementprocessing (perhaps temporarily). However partners have not yet beenassigned to all owners with an owner number.

System Response
The system only allows the selected function when partners have beenassigned to all owners.

Procedure
First assign a partner to each owner, or delete the owner number thatyou do not require, then choose the function again.
