Diagnosis
The external settlement of a heating system is sent to the system whenyou enter a settlement company in the master data screen. You must alsofill the fields for the settlement of the heating system. If thesettlement is not external (that is, no settlement company was enteredin the master data screen), the fields for the settlement unit of theheating system must remain empty.

Procedure
If the heating system is settled externally, fill in a service chargekey and a recipient key. (see master data: a settlement company hasbeen entered)
