The selected cost element is not apportionable. In other words, asettlement unit cannot be assigned to an account by specifying arecipient key and/or reference date.
Non-apportionable cost elements can only be assigned to a businessentity, building, property, or rental unit.

Procedure
Choose a different cost element or do not assign it to a settlementunit.
