Procedure
Check your entries for the settlement period and correct the settlementperiod you have entered, if necessary.
If you wish to carry out an early final settlement, set the valid-todate in the selected settlement units accordingly.
The settlement date may lie within the period to be settled if allparticipating settlement units have a valid-to date that lies beforethe settlement date (current date). This is necessary, for example, ifthe business entity to be settled has been sold and a final settlementmust be carried out before year-end.
