Diagnosis
Every central heating system is assigned settlement units. The system,however, has detected that no rental units exist for the participationID that is part of the settlement units.

System Response
Compilation of the check log is interrupted.

Procedure
Check the settlement unit definitions. Check the participation IDs todetermine whether they also contain the rental units that are to besettled externally. You can restart the report after you have made theappropriate corrections.
