Depending on the dialog in which you are working, the system onlyaccepts the number of an active rental agreement.

Procedure
If you entered a wrong number by mistake, enter another number.Otherwise you can activate the rental agreement first of all and thencall it up once more for processing.
If you are in the rent reduction dialog, consider the message asinforming you that the agreement being processed is not active.
