Diagnosis
Only certain service charge keys can be used for heating expensessettlements (for example, asset maintenance). Other keys are intendedfor different cost elements (for example, property tax).
For the central heating systems you can only enter settlement unitswhose service charge keys are assigned to the heating expensessettlements.
This assignment also depends on the tenancy law.
