Diagnosis
To carry out heating expenses settlement, apportionment units thatrepresent the basic shares for settlement units with an externalcompany must be defined for each rental unit (for example, the "heatingarea" apportionment unit corresponds to the "heating" basic share). Anapportionment unit that is to apply to rental units must selectedaccordingly.

System Response
The central heating system cannot participate in the settlement.
