Diagnosis
The condition types define the amounts to be paid by the tenant in thesettlement. The posting record, among other things, depends on this.The condition type specified here, however, has not been defined in thecentral table (TZK01).

System Response
The rental agreement cannot be included in the settlement. Even thoughthe amounts have been posted, it is not clear from the posting recordwhether they are advance payment or flat-rate amounts.

Procedure
Create the condition type in Customizing. You can then restart thesettlement run.
