Diagnosis
The capacity situation always refers to a work center.
The work centers displayed in the capacity situation are determined asfollows:

• from material view;

if you branch into the capacity situation from the MRP list overview,capacities are displayed for all work centers that are effected fromthe planned orders in the MRP list of the material.

• from planned order view;

if you branch into the capacity situation when processing a plannedorder, all work centers are displayed where capacity has been createdby the planned order currently being processed.

System Response
If the scheduling of the appropriate planned orders creates no capacityrequirements, no capacity situation is displayed.

Procedure
Check whether the scheduling of the planned orders creates capacityrequirements. Capacity requirements are not created, for example, ifthe planned order was scheduled via the material master record, or ifthe creation of capacity requirements was switched off in Customizing.
