Diagnosis
The BOM selection table (Table TCS41X), which controls the prioritiesin which the alternative BOM is selected contains no entries.

Procedure
Please maintain the BOM selection table in Customizing.( Production -> Master data -> Bills of material ->Determine alternative -> BOM usage priorities )
