Diagnosis
During the activation procedure, the system checks whether customermaster data has also been created for the main contractual partner ofthe rental agreement that is to be activated. However, this is not thecase with this rental agreement.

Procedure
Create customer master data for the main contractual partner of therental agreement by processing the agreement data ("Change rentalagreement"). You can activate the rental agreement once you havecreated the customer data.
