An incidental expenses type is defined for the rental agreement rentalunit which has not been taken into consideration in the rentalagreement conditions.

System Response
The system cannot create any entries for settlement participation.

Procedure
Check the rental agreement conditions regarding the incidentalexpenses. It is possible that you incorrectly entered the rentalagreement rental unit as settlement participant when you defined thecalculation unit.
If the rental agreement should be an inclusive one, you have to enterthis in the conditions.
If the incidental expenses should not be paid by an advance payment butin the final settlement, you have to enter this type of settlementparticipation manually.
