The reference has different usage type than the new rental unit.

Procedure
If you confirm the warning by pressing 'Return', the reference usagetype is used. You can change this later if necessary via Edit -> Usagetype or by double-clicking on the field "Change usage type". You canalso specify another rental unit which has the same usage type as thenew rental unit as the reference.
