Diagnosis
You want to delete a comparative apartment which is already assigned toa comparative portfolio. The system also deletes the apartment from theportfolio. This action cannot be carried out at present, since anotheruser is processing the portfolio.

Procedure
Contact the user or call up the function "Delete comparative apartment"again if the portfolio is no longer being processed.
