Diagnosis
You have assigned the number of an external comparative apartment aswell as the number of a rental unit from the internal portfolio (whichconsists of business entity and rental unit) to the portfolio in anentry line. You can however, only assign either an external comparativeapartment or a rental unit from the internal portfolio in a line.

Procedure
Delete one of the two entries and re-enter it in another line, ifrequired.
