Diagnosis
Sales-based rental agreements must at least have the status "activeprovisional agreement" (6) or "active rental agreement"(7) if you wantto enter or change sales reports. Postings cannot be made to the rentalaccount unless the agreement has either of these statuses. This meansthat rent incoming payments cannot be listed and no sales reports areavailable for sales-based rental agreements that are not active.

Activate the sales-based rental agreement or choose a different one.
