Diagnosis
There must be a condition with flow category 3VZU (advance paymentssales) available before a sales settlement can be carried out. This ismissing in the current rent agreement.

System Response
The rental agreement is saved. However it is not possible to carry outa sales settlement with the current data.

Procedure
Enter a new condition with category 3VZU. If you have not agreed on anadvance payment, set the advance payment amount to 0.
