Diagnosis
The authority key and the reference from the Pension Informationinfotype (0406) are used as the key in the query records for thepension office. This key is used to assign the returned informationrecords. The authority key &V1& and the reference &V2& were found inthe information records to be processed. This combination was not foundfor any personnel number.

Procedure
If the record delivered by the pension office is incorrect, clarify theprocedure with the pension office. Alternatively, it may be the casethat an information search already exists, for example, from a legacysystem. If this is the case, a Pension Information infotype mustsubsequently be created.
