Diagnosis
The error message may be caused by one of the following:

• The Service type field in the Organizational Assignment
infotype (0001) has not been maintained for an employee.

• The service type has not been stored with an exception in table T5D7Y
(Assignment of Exception Indicator to Service Types).

• The exception in table T5D7Y has not been maintained in table T5D7V
(Definition of Exceptions in Statistics).

• The employee's position has not been maintained in table T5D8M
(Position Table for University/College Statistics).

Procedure for System Administration
Check which of the above points has caused the error and maintain thecorresponding entry.
