Diagnosis
The container does not just contain importing elements. However, thisis only allowed for certain rule types. The selected rule type onlysupports importing elements. For this reason the system is deleting thecontainer.

Procedure
When the action is completely finished, you can create a new container,which then only contains allowed elements.
