Diagnosis
The percentage field (bvepc) is bigger than the lower legal limit for a
handicapped person to be considered. This means that legally it has to
be taken into account (the checkbox should be ticked).

Procedure
Tick the checkbox if you entered correctly the percentage. If the
percentage is entered incorrectly then correct it. Now press Enter.
