Diagnosis
For the employees belonging to the personal area(s)/subarea(s) enteredon the selection screen, all courses have already been declared to thegovernment. There are no new courses for which an additionaldeclaration has to be made.

Procedure
In order to get a list of all courses that are already included in adeclaration, please check table History Table Declared CoursesEducational Leave (T5B32).
