Diagnosis
The system was unable to calculate the employee's age. Either the dateof birth information or the age cutoff day is missing.

Procedure
Check that the infotype Personal data (0002) exists for this employee,and the date of birth field is correctly filled.
Check the view Benefit cost formula (V_T5UBH) has an age cutoff day.
