You have checked more than one box within one plan type.

System Response
Even though the employee may have the choice of several plans of acertain type, e.g. dental, enrollment is only allowed in one plan, e.g.Dento Plan.
Also, within one plan, you may select only one option.

Procedure
Double check that for each plan type, you have only checkedone box.
