Diagnosis
You have unneccessarily entered a criteria ID for the formula criteria.There is no need for this if you have not specified Salary, Age orService in the criteria as relevant.

System Response
The system will not store an ID without one of the above criteria beingchecked.

Procedure
Either delete the criteria ID or check one or more of the Salary, Ageor Service criteria.
