Most jurisdictions do not allow employees to automatically renewexemptions. Instead, the employee must reclaim the exemption each year.You must specify the period in which the exemption is valid.
Note: If you enter a begin date for the record and choose Enter,the system will look at the begin date you entered and the authorityfor which you are entering the exemption, and prompt you with the validend date for that record.
