Diagnosis
An error occurred when accessing function module &V& assigned to SAPBASIS. The error is associated with the TemSe C routines.
The cause is unknown at this time. It could be due to inconsistencies inthe TemSe database. However, the error could have other causes.

Procedure
Perform a consistency check for the TemSe. Starting from the main menu,choose the path Tools --> Administration and then Spool --> TemSeAdministration to access the TemSe administration menu (transactionSP12). To check the TemSe for inconsistencies, choose TemSe Database -->Consistency Check. Please read the notes stored in OSS.
If this fails to solve the problem, take note of the above informationand notify the SAP telephone service.
