You have tried to read cluster PS or PT in file PCL2 although you arenot authorized to do so.

Procedure
Have your system administrator give you a read and write authorizationfor the object RPPCLX containing the fields RELID and AUTHC. The fieldRELID must contain the values 'PS' and 'PT' and the field AUTHC thevalues 'R' and 'U'.
