Diagnosis
You have recorded the number of calendar days for holiday pay/leavecompensation in Specification When Leaving infotype 0527. Thismay cause a change in Payroll Status infotype 0003. The fieldPayroll until may have been extended by the above-mentionednumber of calendar days.

• Case 1: The field Payroll until was blank (no date).

If the end of the extension for the obligatory insurance went beyondthe end of the month of leaving, the system stored the end of theextention in the field Payroll until. .

• Case 2: The field Payroll until already contained a date.

If the end of the extention of the obligatory insurance was later thanthe end of the leaving period or went beyond the date stored in thefield Payroll until, the system set the date to the end of theextension of the obligatory insurance.

Procedure
If required, delete the date in field Payroll until inPayroll Status infotype (0003) for the employee concerned.
