Diagnosis
You are creating a new record that is valid on the same date as that ofthe system transfer. This will overwrite the old record containing theold system transfer data. The system transfer data, which are notvisible on the Infotype Screen, will be lost.

Procedure
If you still wish to create another record, you must do so by copyingthe existing record instead of creating an entirely new record. Bycopying, the system transfer data will be saved.
