Diagnosis
You have attempted to store payroll results on the PBS server. When youdo so, the system also creates the file Inbound\Status\Semaphor.txt.
The system uses this file to check that the net result of the previousrun has already been imported. If this result is not present, thesystem cannot post the data.
The system cannot create the file.

System Response
The system cancels the attempt to post the data.

Procedure
Ensure there is sufficient storage space on the server. If so, you mayre-attempt to post the data.
